Laura Wand is an independent director for public and private companies in the industrial and infrastructure space where she leverages her experience as a seasoned Fortune 500 executive with deep experience growing industrial businesses and leading large, diverse, global teams.

Ms. Wand serves on the Board of Directors for Burnham Holdings (OTC:BURCA), a $250 million manufacturer in the HVAC segment, where she serves as Chair of the Human Resources Committee and serves on the Audit and Risk committee. She is also an independent director for York Water Company (NASDAQ: YORW), an investor-owned water company serving portions of Pennsylvania. She is a independent director for IMPREG, an FSN Capital company, which serves the water infrastructure space in Europe, North America and Asia. Recently, Ms. Wand was in an entrepreneurial role as Chief Executive Officer for Shield T3, a university related organization of the University of Illinois which delivers large scale, rapid response COVID-19 saliva testing in the university, K-12 and high-tech manufacturing space. Previously, Ms. Wand served as Vice President and General Manager of Johnson Control’s $2.5 billion Applied HVAC business where she led strategy, manufacturing, engineering, product management and after-market businesses. Ms. Wand currently serves as Chair of the York College of Pennsylvania Board of Trustees and has recently served on the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Workforce Development Board of Directors where she was appointed by Governor Tom Wolf. She is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and the Committee of 200 (C200).
