Frank A. Riddick

Frank Riddick is a Board Member and Former CEO of FloWorks, a former TowerBrook portfolio company.

Mr. Riddick has 30 years’ experience in a wide range of industrial businesses. Prior to joining FloWorks he served as Chief Executive Officer of JMC Steel Group, having been appointed to that position in March 2010 and was previously Chief Operating Officer since August 2009. Prior to joining JMC Steel Group, Mr. Riddick served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Formica Corporation and as President and Chief Operating Officer of Armstrong World Industries. Earlier in his career, Mr. Riddick served as Controller and Treasurer of FMC Corporation and in a variety of executive level finance roles at Merrill Lynch & Co., including as Treasurer – Europe/Middle East. He currently serves as a member of the board and chairman of the audit committee of World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. and is a member of the board and serves as the chairman of audit committee for Geeknet Inc. Mr. Riddick received his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics from Vanderbilt and his M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
