TowerBrook Capital Partners (“TowerBrook”), an international investment management firm, announced that TowerBrook Fund VI has completed its acquisition of RYDGE Conseil (“RYDGE” or the “Company”), formerly the Chartered Accountancy division of KPMG France, and a leading provider of essential business services to French SMEs.

RYDGE delivers mission-critical solutions across accounting, payroll, tax & legal, and advisory, with a focus on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in navigating complexity and scaling sustainably. The firm combines strong technical expertise with a partnership-driven model that aligns closely with TowerBrook’s values and long-term investment approach.

TowerBrook’s investment in RYDGE reinforces the firm’s leadership in the accounting and professional services sector. The firm brings a strong track record and sector knowledge, shaped by:

• EisnerAmper – the first partnership of its kind between a private equity firm and top 20 US accounting firm, marking a historic milestone and opening the door for private capital in the sector.
• ECIT – a Nordic-headquartered accounting and IT services group, further deepening TowerBrook’s understanding of platform growth in regulated, people-driven service models.
