Roland Verdon

Roland Verdon is based in Madrid.

Roland has over 30 years’ experience in procurement and supply chain management across several disciplines including multi-category management, cost optimisation and the delivery of synergies, as well as in the set-up and leadership of procurement teams.

Prior to joining TowerBrook, Roland served as Global Head of Procurement at Intertrust Group in the Netherlands. Previously, he spent eight years as Vice President Strategic Procurement EMEA for Estée Lauder Companies Europe, based in Paris. He has also served as Procurement Director for Merck Serono, JTI and Medtronic. Roland’s experience spans a range of sectors including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, manufacturing and packaging.

Roland holds a Diploma from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Switzerland.
