Michael Lambert served as President, Domestic Television, at 20th Century Fox, responsible for the TV production and distribution and was a key executive in the acquisition of the Metromedia Television Stations forming the foundation of the Fox Network..

Prior to that he was Executive Vice President HBO, responsible for the world-wide distribution of HBO film and TV, the formation of HBO Video and the arranging of HBO co-productions. Earlier, he was President, Domestic Television, at Viacom, where he was responsible for US television production, distribution and new media, including the formation of Showtime and Lifetime networks and the company’s early activities in syndication and cable television. Beyond his corporate experience, Mr. Lambert has been instrumental in the successful acquisition, building, management and sale of several media businesses over the past 25 years creating close to a billion dollars in value for investors through successful exits. These include 16 television stations in the US for ACT III and Lambert Television, TV Production distribution company PSN, a group of TV stations in Russia which formed TV-3 network, ACT III Theaters,  Gold Class cinemas, Rave Cinemas and National Amusements spin off theaters in the US, Concord Music Group, Film production and co-financing businesses including Village Roadshow Pictures Group and Demarest Films. Over the past 14 years, Mr. Lambert has worked closely with TowerBrook sourcing and executing a variety of media businesses transactions.
