Mr. Gerber is a Managing Director and Co-Global General Counsel of TowerBrook and a member of the Operating Committee.
Prior to joining TowerBrook, Mr. Gerber was a corporate partner in the London and Hong Kong offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP where he advised U.S. and European private equity clients. Mr. Gerber received a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management, and a J.D. from Columbia Law School. Mr. Gerber is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and was formerly a Registered Certified Public Accountant.
