The Broadlane Group

During the period of TowerBrook Fund III’s investment, The Broadlane Group, Inc. was a US-based technology-enabled healthcare services company focused on total cost management solutions for healthcare providers, including supply chain and clinical workforce services. Broadlane created operational efficiencies for more than 1,000 hospitals, 5,000 alternate site providers, and 35,000 physicians’ offices, making it the fourth largest group purchasing organisation in the US by volume. TowerBrook exited its investment in 2010 via a sale of Broadlane to a strategic acquirer.
