Dialogic

During the period of TowerBrook Fund I’s investment, Dialogic Corporation provided communications platforms and technology that enabled service providers to build internet protocol (IP) or packet-based networks worldwide. The company offered IP and IP-enabled products that enabled service providers to transport, convert, and manage data and voice traffic while enabling voice-over internet protocol (VOIP) and other multimedia services. In 2010, Dialogic merged with Veraz Networks, Inc., and (as Dialogic, Inc.) became a publicly traded company on NASDAQ.
