Trevor Fetter is an experienced large-company CEO and entrepreneur. He is a Director of TRIMEDX, a TowerBrook portfolio company.
As Chair and CEO of Tenet Healthcare, he transformed a deeply troubled regional hospital operator into a $20 billion diversified national healthcare services company and created two multi-billion-dollar businesses, one in the business process outsourcing area and the other in ambulatory services. Before becoming CEO of Tenet he was a founder, Chair, and CEO of Broadlane, Inc., a former TowerBrook portfolio company. Prior to his 22-year career in healthcare, Mr. Fetter worked in the entertainment industry, serving as CFO of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc. Mr. Fetter recently joined the faculty of Harvard Business School as a Senior Lecturer, teaching the required Leadership and Corporate Accountability course in the MBA program. He serves as lead director of The Hartford Financial Services Group and as a director of the Santa Catalina Island Company. He also serves on the Board of Fellows of Stanford Medicine, the national board of the Smithsonian Institution, and the board of the Catalina Island Conservancy.
