Henry Hummel

Henry Hummel is a Senior Advisor to TowerBrook and former CEO of TRIMEDX, a TowerBrook portfolio company.

Mr. Hummel is a seasoned leader with a track record of driving growth in both mature and expanding markets through product introductions, technology and service enhancements, and operational improvement initiatives. As CEO of TRIMEDX, he led the company through a period of transformation and significant growth, supporting health systems with clinical equipment asset management, clinical engineering services, and cybersecurity solutions. During his tenure, TRIMEDX broadened its product portfolio, advanced its technology offerings, and completed multiple strategic acquisitions.

Mr. Hummel has held executive roles at leading global organizations, including multiple leadership positions over 25 years at GE Healthcare, as well as senior roles at Covance, Johnson Controls, and Tenneco. He brings experience in organizational leadership, strategic planning, corporate finance, commercial execution, and value creation plan delivery across business and commercial services, field-based service organizations, and manufacturing.
