Graciene Volcov is based in Europe.
Prior to joining TowerBrook, Graciene worked at the intersection of employment law, human resources, and organisational policy, supporting multinational firms on contentious and advisory matters as both a partner and an associate at various Brazilian law firms.
Graciene is a qualified lawyer in Brazil with a specialisation in Labour Law from the University of São Paulo. She holds an MSc in International Human Resources Management from Queen Mary University of London and an MSc in Sociology from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is also an Associate Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
