Dominique Rorive

Dominique is based in Europe and supports TowerBrook’s investment teams and portfolio companies on Human Resources across the European portfolio. His work focuses on raising the strategic role of HR, partnering with portfolio CHROs and building TowerBrook’s CHRO community.

He is a co-founder of sHeRpa, an HR advisory supporting CEOs and CHROs on HR governance, diagnostics and transformation along the business and HR cycle.

Dominique has 30 years of HR leadership experience across six international electrical, chemical and engineering services companies, reporting to CEOs or Regional Presidents. Most recently, he was Vice President HR EMEA at Eaton, responsible for 22,000 employees across the region and leading a 250 HR team.

Previously, he was CHRO of Heubach, then an SK Capital Partners portfolio company, where he co-led the carve-out and acquisition of Clariant’s pigments business, and CHRO of Bodycote plc. He also served as Global HR Director at INEOS and led the EMEA separation at the Chemours spin-off from DuPont.

Earlier, he held HR roles of increasing responsibility at DuPont in Switzerland, Belgium, France and Germany, including M&A due diligence and integrations. He holds an MA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Lausanne and is a former President of GEM, the Group of Multinational Companies in Geneva.
