Ulrike Schoeman

Ulrike Schoeman is based in London.
Prior to joining TowerBrook, Ulrike was Director of Tax and Structuring at Lion Capital LLP in London where she led the fund tax and deal structuring operations. Prior to joining Lion Capital in 2014, she was a Senior Tax Manager at KPMG in London and Johannesburg having started with KPMG in 2002. Previously, she spent two years at Andersen Assurance & Business Advisory in Cape Town, South Africa.
Ulrike holds a BA Law LLB from the University of Stellenbosch and a B Comm Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2001 and holds a LLM Tax from the University of Johannesburg in 2006.
