Matthew Gerber is based in London and is a member of TowerBrook’s Operating Committee.
Prior to joining TowerBrook, Matt was a corporate partner in the London and Hong Kong offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP where he advised US and European private equity clients.
Matt holds a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management, and a J.D. from Columbia Law School. Matt is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and was formerly a Registered Certified Public Accountant.
