Filippo Cardini

Filippo Cardini is a member of TowerBrook’s Equity Partners Committee and Operating Committee.
Prior to joining TowerBrook, Filippo was a Partner, COO and General Counsel at Soros Private Equity. Prior to that, he was a senior solicitor at the London-based law firm, Ashursts, in the Private Equity Group in London and Milan.
Filippo holds a LL.B. from Brunel University and completed his Law Society Finals at the College of Law in London. Filippo holds the Series 7, 24, 63, 79 and 99 licenses. Filippo is a Trustee of Impetus and a former member of the Board of City Year London. He also serves on the Board of Invest Europe and is Vice-Chair of the GPE Council of Invest Europe.
