CSTV Networks is the leading U.S. media company dedicated to college sports. The company consists of two divisions: College Sports Television ("CSTV") and College Sports Online ("CSO").

Launched in April 2003, CSTV is the first cable channel focused exclusively on college athletics and televises more college sports than any other network. In addition, CSTV has agreements with the United States Olympic Committee and a variety of other amateur sports associations for long-term broadcast rights to championship events. CSO is the leading destination on the Internet for college sports and manages websites for the athletic departments of over 180 universities around the country, providing live scores and statistics for ongoing games as well as recaps and previews of games, recruiting updates, and in-depth analyses across all sports.

CSTV Networks was acquired by the CBS Corporation in January 2006.
