David Noble has 30 years of experience in operating roles as well as consulting to senior executives on leadership, strategy and risk management issues globally.
Mr. Noble is a Senior Advisor to Egon Zehnder and some of its principal clients. At Egon Zehnder, his focus is on talent issues covering executive and Board assessment, leadership development planning, one-to-one advice, team effectiveness and succession planning. He consults to a wide range of industry and government leaders in North America, Asia and Europe. Mr. Noble is also a Senior Advisor to Oliver Wyman Group, and has been a coach to the World Economic Forum’s Global Leadership Program. He was previously a Managing Partner at Oliver Wyman Group in New York, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Before that, Mr. Noble was global leader of AT Kearney’s financial services group, a Managing Director/Executive Vice President at Morgan Stanley, and a Senior Vice President at RBC where he led the world’s first internet bank. Mr. Noble is on the Board of the New York Insight Meditation Center. He was previously a member of the Executive Committee of the New York Foundation for the Arts, and a trustee of Scenic Hudson, one of the largest land trusts in the U.S. and a leading environmental advocacy group.
