Mr. Tiphine has extensive experience of senior management, as well as managed leveraged financial transactions.

Most recently, as a buy in manager, he was a Director and Head of Business Development at Autodistribution, one of the leading independent distributors of spare parts for cars and trucks in Europe, and a TowerBrook portfolio company.  Mr. Tiphine also led the turnaround of the Polish operations and the launch of Previously, he spent six years at Rhiag Group, a CVC and Goldman Sachs portfolio company, leading the turnaround of Bertolotti in Italy and Elit in Eastern Europe. Over two years he also improved the French and Spanish manufacturing operations of Metzeler Automotive Profiles, a CVC portfolio company. From 1992 to 1999 Mr. Tiphine was a Managing Director of the Coca-Cola Company, based in Germany and Scandinavia. Prior to that, he spent 11 years with Bain & Company in London, Paris and Munich, where he built and led the European Consumer Goods practice. Mr. Tiphine holds a PhD in Economics from the Sorbonne and is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris. He was also a Visiting Fellow at the Dept of Economics of Harvard University.
