Tom Redpath is based in London and leads TowerBrook Delta in Europe.
Prior to joining TowerBrook, Tom was an Investment Director and Head of Value Creation at Bridges Fund Management, a specialist ESG and Impact Investment Firm. Prior to that, he was a Manager at OC&C Strategy Consultants focusing on Strategy and Commercial Due Diligence for global Corporate & Private Equity clients.
Tom holds a M.A. in Economics and Accounting from the University of Edinburgh.
