Paul Pindar

Mr Pindar is Chief Executive of the Capita Group Plc, the UK’s market leader in providing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. He joined Capita in 1987 following its management buyout from the Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy (CIPFA). Capita was floated on the USM in 1989 with a market value of £8m and is today a FTSE 100 company with a market capitalisation of c.£4.5bn. Mr Pindar is Chairman of the Corporate Partnerships Board for the Great Ormond Street Hospital.
