Richard Hayden

Chairman

Mr Hayden is Chairman of the TowerBrook Capital Partners Senior Advisory Board and also Chairman of Haymarket Financial LLP. He is currently a non-executive director of Deutsche Börse and Chairman of GNV Investment Corporation. Previously, Mr Hayden was Vice Chairman of GSC Group where he had responsibility for the European Mezzanine Funds and the Global CLO business. Prior to that, he was Deputy Chairman of Goldman Sachs International, where he was head of investment banking for EMEA and Chairman of the Global Credit Committee for several years at Goldman Sachs International.
