Gerd Siekmann

Mr Siekmann has managed leveraged transactions with financial investors for many years. Jointly with Olivier Roux he managed Rhiag Group, a leading distributor to the independent automotive aftermarket in Italy, Switzerland and Eastern Europe between 1998 and 2007, and Metzeler Automotive Profiles between 2001 and 2007. He has extensive experience of the automotive components supply sector from previous positions as Chairman of EMPE Holding GmbH (from 1996 to 2004), President of Happich GmbH (from 1993 to 1996), President of Boge AG (from 1987 to 1993) and Managing Director of Fichtel & Sachs AG of the Mannesmann group (from 1991 to 1993).
