Olivier Roux

Mr Roux has managed leveraged transactions with financial investors for over twenty years. Jointly with Gerd Siekmann he managed Rhiag Group, a leading distributor to the independent automotive aftermarket in Italy, Switzerland and Eastern Europe between 1998 and 2007, and Metzeler Automotive Profiles between 2001 and 2007. From 1996 to 2004 he was a director of EMPE Holding GmbH. He has been a director of JAC Holding Corporation since 1994. He participated in the management of Quoteplan plc, a buy-out of Cope Allman plc from the ADT Group between 1988 and 1992. Prior to 1987 he was a partner of Bain & Company.
