John Janitz

Mr. Janitz is Chairman and Co-Founding Partner of Evergreen Capital Partners LLC. He has more than 40 years of management, operations and investing experience. He has served as President, COO and a board member of Textron, Inc., a $13 billion NYSE-listed multi-industry company, and has held various executive roles within Textron subsidiaries. Mr. Janitz has also held senior operating roles at TRW Inc., an international company providing advanced technology products and services; Wickes Manufacturing Company; and Wickes' predecessor company, Gulf+Western Industries, Inc. For the last three years, he served as Chairman–Global Industrial Partners at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, and prior to that served as Co-Managing Principal for Questor Partners Funds, a $1 billion turnaround investment firm.
