Dewey K. Shay

Mr. Shay is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Unison Site Management, the leading buyer and manager of wireless cell site properties in the USA. Previously, Mr. Shay was Co-Founder and CFO of OneMain.com, a non-metro internet service provider consolidation that IPO’d in March 1999 and was sold to EarthLink in September 2000. He was an investment banker with Morgan Stanley for 10 years in both corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Shay has a B.A. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
