Senior Compliance Counsel

Ms. Rosenthal is Senior Compliance Counsel of TowerBrook. Prior to joining TowerBrook, Ms. Rosenthal was a corporate partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis, focused on advising U.S. and European private equity clients in cross-border leveraged buyouts. Ms. Rosenthal graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1994, where she received a BS from the Wharton School (finance) and a BA from the College of Arts and Sciences (psychology). Ms. Rosenthal received a JD from Columbia University Law School in 1999, and an M.Phil. from Cambridge (Queens' College) in social and political sciences in 2000.
