Mr. Miller is a Senior Principal and Associate General Counsel of TowerBrook. Before joining TowerBrook in July 2006, Mr. Miller worked as an Associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He earned his B.A. from Washington and Lee University and received his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
