Michael Karangelen

Senior Principal

Mr. Karangelen is a Senior Principal at TowerBrook. Prior to joining TowerBrook, Mr. Karangelen was a Principal and the Chief Financial Officer at Brera Capital Partners and earlier was a Vice President at Stolberg Partners, both middle-market private equity firms. Mr. Karangelen has served in senior operating roles at two portfolio companies, including as Chief Financial Officer for GAB Robins, a global claims management company, and as Director of Business Development for Advanced Telecommunications, a communications services provider. Mr. Karangelen has also worked in the investment banking divisions of Goldman, Sachs & Co. and S.G. Warburg in both London and New York. Mr. Karangelen earned his B.A. degree from Cornell University.
