Mr. Ginsberg is a Managing Director of TCP. Mr. Ginsberg was formerly a General Partner and co-founder of Elwin Capital Partners from 2000 to 2005. During that time he was also a founder and Executive Chairman of OfficeTiger, one of the world’s largest outsourcing companies. Mr. Ginsberg was a member of the Principal Investment Area and the Mergers & Acquisitions department of Goldman Sachs in London and New York from 1996 to 2000. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions department of Lazard Frères & Co. in New York. Mr. Ginsberg earned his M.A. from Pembroke College, Cambridge and received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
