Filippo Cardini

Mr. Cardini is COO, General Counsel and a Managing Director of TCP, and is also responsible for investor relations at TCP. Mr. Cardini was formerly a partner, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Soros Private Equity. Mr. Cardini focuses on the Italian market and is extensively involved in structuring and executing all of TCP’s transactions. Mr. Cardini was a senior solicitor at the London-based law firm, Ashursts, in the Private Equity Group in London and Milan. Mr. Cardini earned his LLB from Brunel University and completed his Law Society Finals at the College of Law in London.
