Mr. Cardini is COO, General Counsel and a Senior Managing Director of TowerBrook, and is also a member of the Investment Committee as well as responsible for investor relations at TowerBrook. Mr. Cardini was previously a partner, COO and General Counsel at Soros Private Equity. Mr. Cardini is extensively involved in structuring and executing all of TowerBrook’s transactions. Previously, Mr. Cardini was a senior solicitor at the London-based law firm, Ashursts, in the Private Equity Group in London and Milan. Mr. Cardini earned his LLB from Brunel University and completed his Law Society Finals at the College of Law in London.
