TowerBrook Opens Satellite Office in San Francisco

February 1, 2009 - TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. is pleased to announce the opening of a satellite office in San Francisco, California. This is the first office to be opened by TowerBrook since its inception and complements its existing London and New York headquarters.

We are very excited about establishing a strong presence on the Pacific seaboard which will place us closer to a number of our limited partners as well as our Western US portfolio companies, specifically BevMo! in California and Arizona, Broadlane in Dallas as well as Sound Inpatient in Seattle. We believe the opening of this new office to be a natural development for our growing business which further strengthens the TowerBrook franchise.

Managing Directors Travis Nelson and Brian Jacobsen will be relocating from New York to head up this new office effective February 1st, 2009.
