TowerBrook Capital Partners, L.P. Appoints John Sinik as Managing Director

London, April 10, 2008 - TowerBrook Capital Partners, L.P. (“TCP”), the London and New York-based private equity firm, has today announced the appointment of John Sinik as a Managing Director based in TCP’s London office, effective May 1st 2008.

John has considerable experience in all aspects of the private equity market spectrum having been a banker, deal maker and a corporate adviser. He has worked for nine years in leveraged finance and joins TCP from UBS, where he was Global Head of Leveraged Finance and European Head of Private Equity Coverage and served as a member of the investment banking Global Management Committee.

Prior to this, John invested in private equity transactions for Bankers Trust and was a management consultant for the Boston Consulting Group.

John received a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California.
