TowerBrook Capital Partners, L.P. Announces Investment in Odlo

Private equity firm TowerBrook Capital Partners, L.P. ("TowerBrook") today announced that funds managed and advised by TowerBrook will acquire a significant shareholding in Swiss based sportswear company, Odlo Sports Group ("Odlo"), for an undisclosed sum.

In exchange for his shareholding in the company, Diethelm Serena will acquire Odlo's majority shareholding in Lasse Kjus International. Odd Lofterød, Odlo's Executive Chairman and son of the founder, will remain an investor. As part of this transaction Swiss-based investor Partners Group will fully divest its investment.

Odlo Sports Group is a leading Swiss based designer, manufacturer and distributor of functional sports clothing in Europe. Odlo's functional sports wear includes sports underwear, tec shirts, and third layer sportswear for running, nordic walking, general outdoor activities and cross country, which is marketed under the Odlo as well as the Bjørn Daehlie brands.
