Rave Motion Pictures
Rave Cinemas, LLC (“Rave” or the “Company”) is a U.S.-based motion picture exhibitor formed through the combination of theaters acquired from Rave Reviews Cinemas, L.L.C. and National Amusements Inc. (“NAI”). Rave will own or manage 65 theaters and approximately 1,000 screens located in 20 states, subject to final close of the NAI transaction. The Company is expected to have a presence in seven of the top ten Designated Market Areas and rank as the fifth largest domestic circuit by box office gross and number of screens. Rave is a leader in the use of digital projection and was a pioneer in the adoption of current 3-D technology.
