Haymarket Financial Holdings Limited (“HayFin”) is a specialty commercial lender that was set up over the course of 2009 to offer focused lending products to corporate clients. HayFin seeks to take advantage of the structural changes in the loan market and the current limited supply of credit available in the market, particularly to mid-sized companies in Europe. Additionally, HayFin will run a capital markets business that invests in corporate credit available for sale in the secondary markets. HayFin has offices located in Luxembourg and in London.
