Autodistribution Group
Autodistribution Group (“AD”) is the leading independent distributor of spare parts for cars and trucks in Europe. In the value chain, it serves as a link between manufacturers of autos, trucks and thousands of garages, repair shops and fleet managers.
The Company operates a vertically integrated wholesale distribution structure, including:
- A Central Purchasing Unit
- A nationwide distribution network made of owned distributors and independent affiliates
- A network of affiliated (but not owned) garages and workshops
AD is predominantly a French-based business although it has affiliations with similar wholesale operators in over 20 countries through its AD International network. Furthermore, it owns operations in Poland, the Netherlands and Italy
