Ladder Capital Finance Holdings LLC is a vertically integrated, full-service commercial real estate (“CRE”) finance and investment management company that was formed in September 2008 to take advantage of the long-term, structural changes in the CRE lending market. The Company originates, underwrites, structures, acquires, manages and distributes CRE mortgages and other CRE debt instruments. The Company’s management team comprises an experienced group of senior managers led by Brian Harris, the company's Chief Executive Officer.
